BREAKING GROUND IN 2027

The small things matter.

A veteran-owned, family-run market garden taking shape in rural central Ohio, within reach of Columbus. We’re leaving the hustle behind to grow honest vegetables for Saturday mornings — and we’d love for you to follow along from the very first shovel.

Breaking Ground
in 2027
The small things matter.
GROWN BY HAND
Small beds, big care

A quarter acre of intensive beds tended by hand — small enough that every plant gets noticed, every week.

PICKED THAT MORNING
Saturday-fresh

Everything on the table is cut or pulled at dawn the same day. That’s the whole cold chain.

PLANNED, THEN PLANTED
No hustle here

We left the always-on world on purpose — built step by step from a written plan, growing only as fast as we can do it well.

From the beds, 2027

What we’ll grow

Salad greens Tomatoes Peppers Carrots Radishes Garlic Herbs Cut flowers Honey, in time

Planted in succession from May to the first frost, so the stand changes every week. Three ways to buy from us, one Saturday at the heart of it: CSA shares, the farmers market, and a few restaurant kitchens.

The plan

From here to harvest

WINTER 2026 — we move in
Soil tests, seed orders, plans on the kitchen wall.
SPRING 2027 — breaking ground
The first quarter acre of beds shaped, composted, planted.
SUMMER 2027 — first market
Find our stand on Saturday mornings, within reach of Columbus.
2028 & BEYOND — growing slowly
More beds, a small CSA, restaurant accounts, and honey from our three hives.
